64排容积CT和超声心动图评价右心室功能的比较研究

摘要

目的:以超声心动图为标准,探讨64排容积CT (VCT)和超声心动图对右心室功能各评价指标的相关性,评价64排VCT测量右心室功能的准确性及可行性.方法:对36例64排VCT冠状动脉造影患者,使用专业心脏软件测量右心室功能,并与超声心动图所得右心室功能各项指标相比较,包括右室舒张末期容积(RVEDV)、收缩末期容积(RVESV)、每搏量(RVSV)及射血分数(RVEF)等心功能指标.结果:64排VCT和超声心动图测定的右心室功能指标值分别为RVEDV[125.3±20.5)ml比(118.0±19.4)ml],RVESV [ (58.1±23.4)ml比(55.2±21.6)ml],RVSV[(71.2±15.2)ml比(74.8±16.3)ml],RVEF[(51.8±6.6)％比(58.4±8.5)％],P均＞0.05,差异无显著性；两者相关性较高,r=0.617～0.813.结论:64排容积CT对右心室功能定量评价准确可靠.一次64排容积CT冠状动脉成像可以同时评估冠状动脉狭窄情况及右心室功能参数.%Objective: With echocardiography as the standard, to study correlation among indexes of echocardiography and 64 - slice volume CT (VCT) in evaluation of right ventricular function and explore accuracy and feasibility of 64 - slice VCT in measuring right ventricular function. Methods: A total of 36 cases underwent 64 - slice VCT coronary angiography measurement of right ventricular function using professional cardiac software, and the results were compared with those of echocardiography, including right ventricular end-diastolic volume (RVEDV), end-systolic volume (RVESV), stroke volume (RVSV) and ejection fraction (RVEF). Results: There were no significant differences in RVEDV [(125.3±20.5)] ml vs. (118. 0± 19.4) ml], RVESV [(58.1 + 23.4) ml vs. (55.2 + 21.6) ml], RVSV [(71.2 + 15. 2) ml vs. (74.8 + 16.3) ml], RVEF [(51. 8 ± 6. 6)% vs. (58.4±8.5)%] between 64 - slice VCT and echocardiography (P>0. 05). The correlation between 64- slice VCT and echocardiography was good (r = 0. 617~0. 813). Conclusion: The 64 - slice volume CT no only accurately evaluate coronary artery stenosis, but also accurately evaluate right ventricular function at the same time.
