心力衰竭患者心脏康复应关注呼吸肌肌力

摘要

Chronic heart failure ( CHF ) is the last stage of various heart diseases , cardiac rehabilitation treatment can alleviate clinical symptom , improve patients′ living quality and prognosis.Recently, researches from aboard indicated that:patients with CHF and inspiratory muscle weakness ( IMW ) , have lower exercise tolerance , living quality , and worse prognosis .This paper aims to summarize the domestic and foreign patients with CHF and IMW ,and to illustrate the benefits of inspiratory muscle training for these patients .%慢性心力衰竭（ CHF ）是各种心脏病的终末阶段，心脏康复治疗可以使CHF患者的症状减轻、生活质量及预后改善。近年来国外一些研究显示，CHF患者易合并存在吸气肌无力（ IMW），可导致患者的运动耐量及生活质量的进一步下降，出现预后恶化。本文旨在总结国内外关于CHF患者合并IMW的相关研究报道，并阐明针对此类患者行吸气肌训练的益处。
