松龄血脉康对原发性高血压患者血压变异性的影响和意义

摘要

目的 探讨松龄血脉康胶囊对轻度原发性高血压患者血压变异性的影响和意义. 方法 采用随机数字表法按2:1比例将90例未曾用药治疗的轻度原发性高血压患者分为松龄血脉康组60例和氯沙坦钾组30例,比较用药前后两组患者的诊室血压、动态血压和血压变异波动性. 结果 经过12周治疗后,松龄血脉康组的24 h收缩压变异性、24 h舒张压变异性、日间舒张压变异性均明显下降[(20.3±5.1) mmHg比(28.4±5.5) mmHg,(10.1±3.0) mmHg比(14.8±4.9)mmHg,(10.1±3.4) mmHg比(13.2 ±3.4)mmHg,均为P＜0.05].而氯沙坦钾组治疗前后的血压变异性无明显差异(均为P＞0.05). 结论 松龄血脉康在降压同时,可显著降低轻度原发性高血压患者的血压变异性.%Objective To investigate the effect and significance of Songlingxuemaikang capsule on blood pressure variability in patients with mild essential hypertension.Methods Ninety untreated patients with mild essential hypertension were randomly divided into two groups at the ratio of 2:1,the Songlingxuemaikang group (n =60) and the losartan potassium group (n =30).The blood pressure,the ambulatory blood pressure and the variability of blood pressure in the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results After 12 weeks of treatment,the 24 h systolic blood pressure variability(SBPV),24 h diastolic blood pressure variability (DBPV)and daytime DBPV were significantly decreased in Songlingxuexmaigkanggroup [(20.3 ± 5.1) mmHg vs.(28.4 ± 5.5) mmHg,(10.1 ± 3.0) mmHg vs.(14.8 ±4.9)mmHg,(10.1 ± 3.4) mmHg vs.(13.2 ± 3.4) mmHg,all P ＜ 0.05].There was no significant difference in blood pressure variability of the losartan group before and after treatment (all P ＞0.05).Conclusions Songlingxuexmaigkang can significantly reduce the blood pressure variability and blood pressure in patients with mild essential hypertension at the same time.
