Desulfovibrio desulfuricans G20生理特性及处理含铬(Ⅵ)硫酸盐废水的研究

         

摘要

We developed a microbial process to remediate heavy metals from waste water. Asulfate-reducing bacterium Desulfovibrio desulfuricans G20 was selected to study its growth and removal of heavy metal from wastewater.We studied the growth conditions of the bacterium and its removal ability of SO2-4 and Cr6+. D. desulfuricans G20 entered the logarithmic growth phase between 2 and 18 h, stationaryphase between 18 and 26. 5 h. The optimal temperature was 37 ℃. The optimum initial pH was 8. 2. The best carbon sourceswere sodium lactate and sucrose. The optimum sulfur source was sodium sulfite. The maximum tolerance of D. desulfuricans G20 to Cr6+was 150 mg/L. With the increase of the concentration of Cr6+, the removal of SO2-4 decreased gradually. The maximum removal of SO2-4 was 75. 67%. When the initial concentration of Cr6+ was less than 30 mg/L, removal of Cr6+ was close to 100%. D. desulfuricans G20 has potential to treat wastewater containing heavy metal sulfate.%选取一株硫酸盐还原菌Desulfovibrio desulfuricans G20,探讨其生理特性及其对含重金属硫酸盐废水的处理效果.结果显示,D.desulfuricans G20在2~18 h进入对数生长期,18~26.5 h进入稳定期.该菌株最适宜温度为37℃,最佳初始pH为8.2;最佳生长碳源为乳酸钠和蔗糖;最适硫源为亚硫酸钠.D.desulfuricans G20对Cr6+最大耐受度为150 mg/L.随着Cr6+初始浓度的减少,SO2-4去除率逐渐增加,最高达75.67%.Cr6+质量浓度低于120 mg/L的去除率接近100%.可见,D.desulfuricans G20有潜力应用于处理含重金属Cr6+的硫酸盐废水.
