腰痛宁胶囊治疗腰椎骨性关节炎患者的临床疗效

摘要

目的：分析腰痛宁胶囊治疗腰椎骨性关节炎患者的临床效果。方法选取浙江省安吉县人民医院2013年3月～2015年3月收治的腰椎骨性关节炎患者80例，按照数字表法，将其随机分为2组，对照组与试验组，分别给予痹痛宁、腰痛宁胶囊对其实施治疗，对比分析2组治疗效果、血清指标水平及腰椎整形外科评分（ Japanese Orthopaedic Association，JOA）情况。结果试验组患者疗效高于对照组（95．00％vs．67．50％），试验组JOA评分明显高于对照组[（27．46±1．07）分vs．（21．06±1．89）分]，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；试验组患者经治疗后，基质金属蛋白酶（matrix metalloproteinase 3，MMP－3）及白介素1β（interleukin－1β，IL－1β）的水平（65．28±4．37）、（12．43±1．01）ng／L明显低于对照组的（79．56±5．36）、（16．44±1．03）ng／L，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论腰椎骨性关节炎患者应用腰痛宁胶囊治疗的效果显著，腰椎关节功能明显改善，血清指标恢复正常，安全可靠。%Objective To analyze the effect of Yaotongning capsule in the treatment of lumbar osteoarthritis patients.Methods From March 2013 to March 2015 in our hospital, 80 cases of lumbar osteoarthritis patients according to the digital table method were divided into two groups: the control group and the experimental group.The patients of the control group were given Bitongning, and the patients of the experimental group were given Yaotongning capsule, and the therapeutic effect, serum indexes and Japanese Orthopaedic Association ( JOA ) of two groups were compared. Results The curative effect of the experimental group was higher than control group(95.00%vs.67.50%) , the JOA score of the experimental group was higher than control group [(27.46 ±1.07)points vs.(21.06 ±1.89)points] (P<0.05).After treatment, the MMP-3(65.28 ±4.37) ng/L and IL-1β(12.43 ±1.01) ng/L of the experimental group were significantly lower than MMP-3(79.56 ±5.36) ng/L, IL-1β(16.44 ±1.03) ng/L of the control group, and the difference was significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The lumbar osteoarthritis patients with Yaotongning capsule has obvious effect, and the function of lumbar intervertebral joint improves obviously, and the serum index is normal, safe and reliable.
