目的 观察颈椎牵引联合新医正骨治疗颈性眩晕的临床疗效.方法 选取2016年4月~2017年3月于丽水市中心医院150例颈性眩晕患者为研究对象,按照随机原则分为2组,对照组75例,采用新医正骨进行治疗,治疗组75例,采用颈椎牵引联合新医正骨进行治疗.2组均连续治疗3个疗程,比较2组患者的治疗有效率,双侧椎动脉、基底动脉血流变化,临床症状和功能评分.结果 经治疗后,治疗组的总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的总有效率81.33%(P<0.05).治疗后2组患者双侧椎动脉、基底动脉收缩期最大流速较治疗前均升高(P<0.01),且治疗组双侧椎动脉、基底动脉收缩期最大流速均高于对照组(P<0.01).治疗后,2组患者症状与功能较治疗前明显改善(P<0.01),同时治疗组评分高于对照组(P<0.01).结论 颈椎牵引联合新医正骨用于治疗颈性眩晕可显著改善患者的椎-基底动脉血流以及临床症状和功能,提高临床治疗效果.%Objective To observe the clinical effect of cervical traction combined with Feng's bone-setting in treatment of cervical vertigo. Methods 150 patients with cervical vertigo in Lishui Central Hospital from April 2016 to March 2017 were selected and divided into two groups randomly. The control group was given the therapy of Feng's bone-setting, the treatment group was given the therapy of cervical traction combined with Feng's bone-setting. Treatment both last for 3 courses. Observed clinicale fficacy, the changes of vertebral-basilar artery blood flow velocity, the score of clinical symptoms and functional of the two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate in the treatment group was 93.33%and 81.33% in the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05). After treatment, bilateral vertebral artery and basilar artery systolic peak velocity of the two groups were obviously improved(P<0.01). The improvement situation of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P<0.01). Clinical symptoms and functional of the two groups were obviously improved. Compared the score of clinical symptoms and functional with before treatment, the difference in both groups were significant (P<0.01). The improvement situation of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion Cervical traction combined with Feng's bone-setting can improve quality of life,and improve clinical effect in treating cervical vertigo.
