心理干预联合口服盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊配合关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠结合功能锻炼治疗膝骨关节炎的临床研究

摘要

目的 研究心理干预联合口服盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊配合关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠结合功能锻炼治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效.方法 选取建德市第一人民医院于2015年3月～2016年5月收治的78例膝骨关节炎患者,随机分成对照组和研究组,每组39例.对照组给予关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠结合功能锻炼治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予心理干预和口服盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊联合治疗.对比2组Lysholm膝关节功能评分和术后疗效.结果 2组于治疗后Lysholm膝关节功能评分均有明显改善,但研究组改善幅度明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05);研究组6月临床疗效较对照组明显更优(94.87% VS 43.59%),差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 采用心理干预联合口服盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊配合关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠结合功能锻炼治疗膝骨关节炎,可明显提高临床疗效,改善患者膝关节功能,改善预后,值得临床推广及应用.%Objective To study the clinical effect of psychological intervention combined with oral administration of aminoglucose hydrochloride capsules combined with intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate combined with functional exercise in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods Forty-eight patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomLy divided into control group and study group(n=39).The patients were randomLy divided into control group and study group.The control group was given intraperitoneal injection of sodium hyaluronate combined with functional exercise, the study group on the basis of the control group to give psychological intervention and oral administration of aminoglucose capsules combined therapy.Comparison of two groups of Lysholm knee function score and postoperative efficacy.Results The scores of Lysholm knee function were significantly improved after treatment, but the improvement rate of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05).The clinical effect of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(94.87% vs 43.59%).The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of psychological intervention combined with oral administration of aminoglucose capsules with intraperitoneal injection of sodium hyaluronate combined with functional exercise in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis can significantly improve the clinical efficacy, improve the knee function and improve the prognosis, worthy of clinical application and promotion.
