从脾胃的生理特点探讨消化性溃疡的组方结构

摘要

消化性溃疡其病位在胃而与肝脾相关。溃疡病的存在更易导致胃、肝、脾功能失调。在溃疡病治疗过程中，应结合脾胃之生理特点，用理气活血、凉润通降、健脾化湿之药合理组方，达到脾胃纳运相协，燥湿相济，升降相因，从而利于提高溃疡病的愈合质量。%Though located in stomach,peptic ulcer is also related to liver and caneasily make the function disorder of stomach,liver and spleen.in the course of treating pepticulcer,reasonable prescription of regulating the flow of qi,promoting the blood circulation,removing pathogenic heat,invigorating spleen and eliminating dampness should be abopted in order to improve the healing quality of ulcer by coordinating spleen and stomach and eliminating dampness for ascending and descending balance.
