目的:比较2011年和2012年中国中医科学院院直和后勤服务中心职工年度“三高”检出率,为院校进行健康管理提供依据.方法:以2011年至2012年中国中医科学院院直和后勤服务中心职工年度健康体检的调查资料为对象,选取血压、空腹血糖、空腹血脂指标分别计算两年“三高”检出率.结果:2011年高血压、高血糖、高血脂检出率分别为9.51％、19.28％、36.00%,2012年分别为14.47％、18.16％、31.84％,2012年高血压检出率较2011年差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).2012年高血糖、高血脂检出率较2011年差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).2年不同性别间高血压检出率有统计学意义,2012年不同性别间高血糖检出率差异有统计学意义.结论:该院职工具有较高的“三高”检出率,以高血压增加最为明显.%Objective:To compare the detection rates for hypertension,hyperglycemia and high cholesterol in China academy of Chinese medical sciences during 2011 and 2012.Methods:The survey data of China academy of Chinese medical sciences staff annual health examination in 2011 and 2012 were as object,blood pressure,blood glucose,blood lipid indices were selected,detection rates of hypertension,hyperglycemia and high cholesterol were calculated for two years.Result:In 2011,hypertension,hyperglycemia,high cholesterol detection rates were 9.51％、19.28％ 、36.00％、14.47％ 、18.16％ 、31.84％ respectively in 2012,the detection rate of hypertension higher than in 2011 (P ＜ 0.05).In 2012,hyperglycemia,high cholesterol detection rates lower than in 2011 (P ＞ 0.05).Different genders among the detection rate of hypertension was statistically significant for two years.different genders among detection rate of hyperglycemia was statistically significant in 2012.Conclusion:The detection rates of hypertension,hyperglycemia and high cholesterol were higher,the most obvious increase was hypertension.
