血分证属血证之范畴辨析

摘要

血分证与血证在概念范畴、病因病机、临床表现以及相关治验等诸多方面有相似之处,故对血分证和血证的概念、临床表现、治法方药进行梳理,认为血分证不仅是温病发展的一个阶段,而且属于血证范畴.血分证的临康表现有出血、紫斑,其病机核心为热邪深入血分,需用凉血散血之法;而血证的临床表现以出血为主,有火热内炽、迫及血分之病机,需用清热凉血之法.从多个角度来看,血分证在血证范畴之内,对血分证与血证的相关理论进行辨析,希冀深入把握血证之范畴.%The Xuefen syndrome and blood syndrome are similar in conception,etiology and pathogenesis,clinical manifestations and treatment experience of many aspects.The article sorts out the concept of the Xuefen syndrome and blood syndrome,clinical manifestations and treatment of prescription that Xuefen syndrome is not only a stage of febrile disease,and belongs to the category of blood syndrome.The clinical manifestations of Xuefen syndrome were hemorrhage,purpura,the pathogenesis of the disease is the invasion of pathogenic heat into the blood,which needs using cooling blood to dissipate stasis method;and the blood syndrome is hemorrhage with a fiery internal pathogenesis,need to eliminate pathogenic heat from the blood.From multiple angles,the Xuefen syndrome belongs to the category of blood syndrome.It is aspired to analyze the related theory of Xuefen syndrome and blood syndrome and grasp the category of blood syndrome deeply.
