中西医结合治疗多囊卵巢综合征合并胰岛素抵抗肥胖患者临床疗效观察

摘要

Objective:To observe the clinical effective on treating Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) with Insulin Resistance (IR) and Obesity patients by integrated Chinese and western medicine based on the experience of Prof.Qi Luguang.Methods:60 cases of PCOS with IR and Obesity patients were divided into 2 groups randomly.Patients in both control and treatment groups received the treatment of Metformin hydrochloride,while those in treatment group also took XIAOZHI Deeoctron formulated by Prof.Qi for 3 months and followed another 3 months' follow-up.Results:The total effective of treatment group was 93.10％,better than that of control group,and the levels of serum FSH,LH,LH/FSH and T of the patients changed obviously after the treatment,also the fasting blood glucose (FBG),2h postprandial blood glucose (2hPG) and BMI of the patients decreased compared with those of before treatment,and the changes of LH,LH/FSH,BMI and 2h PG in treatment group were more obvious than those of control group.There were 2 and 6 patients fertilized during the treatment and after the follow-up in control and treatment groups respectively.No adverse reactions reported during the whole observe period.Conclusion:The integrative therapy on treating PCOS with IR and Obesity of Prof.Qi Lu-guang is reliable and worth to be developed in clinical practice.%目的:观察探讨名中医亓鲁光教授中西医结合治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)合并胰岛素抵抗(IR)肥胖患者,与常规西药比较并观察疗效.方法:PCOS合并IR肥胖患者60例,按随机数字表法分为西药组和中西医组,2组患者均服用盐酸二甲双胍片,中西医组加服亓鲁光教授经验方消脂汤,治疗随访3个月观察疗效、孕激素水平、空腹血糖(FBG)及餐后2h血糖(2hPG)水平、体质量指数(BMI)、受孕情况及不良反应.结果:中西医组总有效率93.10％,显著优于西药组的85.71％;治疗后血清卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成激素(LH)、LH/FSH比值、总睾酮(T)、FBG、2hPG、BMI较治疗前显著下降,其中中西医组治疗后LH、LH/FSH、BMI和2hPG变化较西药组明显;治疗及随访期间西药组和中西医组各有2例、6例患者受孕,2组患者均未有不良反应报告.结论:亓鲁光教授中西医结合治疗多囊卵巢综合征合并胰岛素抵抗肥胖疗效可靠,值得临床推广运用.
