中医药治疗甲状腺癌术后之临床体会

摘要

In recent years,the discovery rate of thyroid cancer increased significantly,thyroid carcinoma postoperative crowd also associated with increased significantly.Too much western medicine can not solve the discomfort of clinical symptoms,clinical practice shows that Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome differentiation and treatment has various advantages of significant clinical symptoms in improving thyroid cartinoma postoperative.After our many years of clinical observation,we sum up the causes of postoperative thyroid carcinoma include liver qi stagnation,eating disorders,surgical injury,iodine and hormone treatment.Its pathogenesis consist of this virtual to real,real to qi depression,phlegm,blood stasis and toxic heat,this virtual including deficiency of whole.clinical syndrome mainly wind heat invading the card table,irascibility,qi stagnation and phlegm,qi stagnation and blood stasis,qi and yin deficiency,qi and blood deficiency syndrome,deficiency of yin and Yang,blood stasis and toxin stasis etc.now I will make a summary of our clinical experience.%近年来甲状腺癌的发现率明显升高,甲状腺癌术后人群也随之显著增多.患者存在诸多西医药无法解决的临床不适症状,临床治疗表明中医药辨证论治在改善甲状腺癌术后各种临床不适症状方面优势显著.经过我们多年的临床观察,总结出甲状腺癌术后的病因有肝气郁结、饮食失调、手术损伤、碘及激素治疗等,病机为本虚标实,标实以气郁、痰阻、血瘀、热毒为主,本虚包括气血阴阳俱虚.临床证候主要有风热犯表证、肝火旺盛证、气郁痰阻证、气滞血瘀证、气阴两虚证、气血两虚证、阴阳两虚证、瘀毒阻滞证等,现将我们的临床经验作一总结.
