龚廷贤《寿世保元》治血证特色探析

摘要

目的:探析龚廷贤治疗血证的特色与经验.方法:以《寿世保元》血证相关篇章中的方剂及药物为研究对象构建临证方药数据库,将有效方药转换为结构化数据格式,通过数据挖掘技术结合逻辑分析的方法对其方药数据进行各类分析.结果:构建龚廷贤临证方药数据库,挖掘归纳出其治疗血证组方用药特点符合“补益中州、滋阴降火、引血归元”的原则.结论:阐释龚廷贤治疗血证的特色和组方用药基本规律,为血证的临床治疗提供新思路.%Objective:To explore the characteristics and experiences of GONG Ting-xian in treating blood Syndrome in Shou Shi BaoYuan.Methods:Building clinical database by prescriptions and herbs from Shou Shi BaoYuan,to convert the effective prescriptions and herbs for structured data format.Through data mining techniques combined with logic analysis method,to analysis data.Results:Building GONG Ting-xian clinical database,mining characteristics of fact that induces Gong's treatment in accordance with principles of "strengthening the mrddle,nourishing Yin and clearing the fine.guidrng the blood back to origin" Conclusions:Illustrating the GONG's method for the treatment of the fact,and the principles of prescriptions and herbs.Providing new way for the clinical treatment.
