Objective:Infrared thermal imaging technology can transform the human body surface temperature into visual imaging,by observing the abnormal temperature range and the change of the temperature.It can provide a new quantitative and visual target to warn the stroke and to evaluate clinical curative effect.Method:This article analyzed on the infrared heat map about 20 cases of stroke patients and 50 cases of normal control group preliminarily.Result:Stroke patients on both sides of the forehead and cheek had an uneven distribution on both sides of the asymmetric heat map;The temperature differences on both sides of the forehead and the cheek exist significant difference compared with normal control group,with statistical significance.Average temperature difference of left and right forehead in healthy group is 0.0875℃,with difference between left and right cheeks is O.225℃.In stroke group,average temperature difference of left and right forehead is 0.2613℃,Average temperature difference between left and right cheeks is 0.2613℃.Conclusion:The study found that the distribution characteristics of the head and face of stroke patients and healthy people in the infrared image has the obvious difference which provide a new possible technique and method for assessment of stroke patients and curative effect evaluation.%目的:使用红外热成像技术将人体体表温度直观成像,通过观测异常温区的形态、范围及温差的变化,为中风病的筛查预警及临床疗效评价提供新的量化及可视化指标.方法:采集20例中风患者与50例健康对照组头面部红外热像图并进行初步分析.结果:中风组两侧额头及面颊部红外热像图分布不均匀,两侧热图不对称;中风组两侧额头温度差及两侧面颊部温度差较健康对照组均存在明显差异,健康对照组左右额头平均温度差0.0875℃,左右面颊部平均温度差0.225℃;中风组左右额头平均温度差0.2613℃,左右面颊部平均温度差0.2613℃,差异有统计学意义.结论:本研究发现中风患者头面部红外热图的分布特征与健康人存在明显差异,为中风患者的病情评估及疗效评价提供了另外一种可能的技术与方法.
