针刺与针刀治疗第三腰椎横突综合征临床疗效比较

摘要

目的:比较针刺与针刀治疗第三腰椎横突综合征的临床疗效.方法:选取确诊为第三腰椎横突综合征60例患者,将其按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组各30名,对照组行针刺治疗,研究组行针刀治疗,比较2组治疗前及治疗后3d、7d、1个月、3个月疼痛评分、腰部活动度和压痛评价.结果:2组治疗后疼痛均较治疗前减轻,研究组较对照组疼痛评分改善更为显著,研究组腰部活动度和压痛评价观察指标优良率86.67％高于对照组66.67％,2组均未发生不良反应.结论:第三腰椎横突综合征采用针刀治疗临床疗效优于针刺治疗,可有效减轻疼痛和改善腰椎功能.%objective:Comparison of acupuncture and needle knife treatment of third lumbar transverse process syndrome clinical curative effect.Methods:Diagnosed with the third lumbar transverse process syndrome in 60 patients,were randomly divided into control group (30 cases) and study group (30 cases),control group received acupuncture treatment,study group underwent acupuncture therapy,compared two groups before and after treatment for 3 days,7 days,1 months and 3 months the waist pain score,activity and tenderness evaluation.Results:The two groups after treatment than before treatment to reduce pain,study group than in the control group pain score improved significantly,the study group waist activity and tenderness evaluation indexes the excellent rate was 86.67％ higher than that of the control group 66.67％,the two groups were no adverse reactions Conclusion:Third lumbar transverse process syndrome treated with needle knife treatment is better than acupuncture treatment,which can effectively relieve pain and improve lumbar function.
