食物激发试验在儿童消化道食物过敏诊断中的应用

摘要

Food allergy is a common illness in children,which is divided into IgE-mediated,non-IgE mediated and mixed-mediated food allergy.Gastrointestinal tract is the mainly affected organ,mostly mediated by non-IgE mechanism.Gastrointestinal food allergy are lack of unified diagnostic criteria currently,whose mechanism is also elusive.Moreover,the double-blind placebo-controlled food challenge is the gold standard for the diagnosis of food allergy.This review focuses on the procedure for the oral food challenge and its application in the diagnosis of gastrointestinal food allergy.%食物过敏是儿童常见疾病,分为IgE介导型、非IgE介导型和混合介导型.消化道是食物过敏的主要效应器官之一.消化道食物过敏主要由非IgE介导,其机制尚不明确,目前缺乏统一诊断标准,双盲安慰剂对照食物激发试验是诊断食物过敏的金标准.现就食物激发试验的相关操作及其在消化道食物过敏诊断中的应用进行综述.
