儿科急诊医师需要掌握的基本技术——床旁即时超声

摘要

在急诊工作中,由临床医师掌握的床旁即时超声,越来越成为不可缺失的技术.现从临床实践出发,介绍在儿科急诊中,床旁即时超声的主要应用,包括床旁超声引导操作——血管通路的建立与穿刺引导,急诊临床诊断应用——重症心肺超声基本图像及应用,创伤、呼吸困难、休克与心搏骤停的诊断流程,以期建立急诊超声应用的儿科模式.%Point-of-care ultrasound applied by clinical physicians is rapidly evolved in emergency medicine practice.Now,the main applications in pediatric emergency medicine,including procedural uses(establishing vascular access and paracentesis)and diagnostic uses(the basic image of focus cardiac ultrasound and lung ultrasound;the diagnostic process of trauma,dyspnea,shock and cardiac arrest)are introduced so as to establish pediatric model of point-of-care ultrasound in emergency medicine.
