采用研磨固相反应法制备LaCoyMn1-yO3钙钛矿型复合氧化物纳米微粒.利用XRD、TG-DTA、TEM技术研究了LaCoyMn1-yO3的形成过程,并考察了微粒形貌及其平均粒径.用交流阻抗法和磁天平测定了样品的电导率和磁化率,结果表明,当取代量y=0.5时,其电导与磁化率均最小,并初步作了机理探讨.%The nanophase LaCoyMn1-yO3 0≤y≤1) has been prepared by solid state reaction and characterized by XRD, TG/DTA, TEM and atomic absorption spectrometry. The results showed that the compound is of perovskite type and the crystals of some samples are distored, but not collapsed.The AC impedance and magnetic balance results indicated that when y = 0. 5 the compound has minimum value both in conductivity and magnetic susceptibility, which was interpreted in terms of minimum value of unpaired electron number of the compound at this condition.
