武汉钢铁(集团)公司结核病监测概况(1980年～1997年)

摘要

Objective　To analyse the implementing effects of tuberculosis Surveillance in WISCO.MethodsAccording to the monitoring and statistical data analyses the registered rate and therapeutic effect of pulmonary tuberculosis from 1980 to 1997.Results　The registered rate and newly registered rate of active pulmonary tuberculosis decreased 72.0% and 11.1% respectively.The sputum smear positive rate increased 15.2%.The mortality of pulmonary tuberculosis was decreased 80.0%.and the curative rate increased from 92.9% to 97.3%.The average therapeutic duration was shortened 24.8 months.The rate of chronic excretory case decreased 44.1%.Conclusion　The tuberculosis surveillance is satisfied in controlling epidemic situation in WISCO.%目的　评价武汉钢铁(集团)公司实施结核病监测18年的效果。方法　根据1980年～1997年结核病的监测和统计资料，分析结核病人登记及治疗效果。结果　活动性肺结核登记率及新登记率各下降72.0%、11.1%。涂阳比例增加15.2%，肺结核死亡率下降80.0%，治愈率从92.9%上升到97.3%，平均治疗期缩短24.8个月，慢性排菌病人比例下降44.1%。结论　武钢实施结核病监测工作对控制结核病疫情有效。
