重庆地区不同月份对体细胞克隆猪生产效率的影响

摘要

The aim of this study was to investigate whether seasonal changes affected the efficiency of porcine somatic cell cloning and to find the suitable month for the experiment.The relationship between atmospheric temperature and the maturation rate of porcine oocytes and the birth rate following embryo transplantation were examined from 2014-2016.The result showed that the number of porcine oocytes obtained in 3-5 month and the maturation rate of porcine oocytes were significantly higher than those in 6-9 month(P＜0.01);The birth rate of surrogate sows in 3-5 month were higher than that in 6-9 and 10-11 month.The result shows that 3-5 month were suitable for porcine somatic cell cloning experiment.%实验旨在研究重庆地区季节变化对猪体细胞克隆效率的影响.本文统计了2014-2016年不同月份猪卵巢获卵数、猪卵母细胞体外成熟率以及代孕母猪妊娠率、产仔率.结果表明:3-5月的猪卵巢获卵数、猪卵母细胞成熟率显著高于6-9月(P＜0.05);3-5月代孕母猪的妊娠率、产仔率高于6-9月和10-11月.综上可知,3-5月体细胞克隆猪的生产效率最高,适宜开展猪体细胞克隆实验.
