饲粮中添加花生秧对伊拉兔肠道菌群的影响

         

摘要

In order to analyze the effects of peanut vine supplementation on intestinal flora of Ira rabbits, sixty male and sixty female growing Ira rabbits were selected in this experiment. All of the healthy rabbits at the age of (35±2) days were randomly divided into 6 groups with 4 replicates per group and 5 rabbits per replicate. Rabbits in the 6 groups were fed pellet feeds which supplemented with 0 ( control group) , 10.0%, 12.5%, 15.0%, 17.5% and 20.0% peanut vine, respectively. The period of trial was 42 d with 7 d of pretrial. After the feeding experiment, the biological information of 16S rDNA V3 to V4 region of cecal microorganisms in rabbits were analyzed by the high through sequencing technology. The results showed as follows: at phylum level, the proportion of Candidatus saccharibacteria in cecal contents in 15.0%, 17.5% and 20.0% groups was significantly decreased ( P<0.05) , while the proportion of Actinobacteria in 17.5% and 20.0% groups was sig?nificantly decreased compared with the control group ( P<0.05) ; at genus level, the proportion of ClostridiumⅣ in cecal contents in 17.5% and 20.0% groups was significantly increased compared with the control group ( P<0.05). Therefore, the diet supplemented with peanut vine can affect the balance of cecum microbial com?munity and change the proportions of some bacteria with important metabolic functions.[ Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition, 2019, 31(6) :2735?2744]%本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加花生秧对伊拉兔肠道菌群的影响.选取(35±2)日龄、健康状况良好、体重相近的120只生长期伊拉兔(公母各占1/2) ,随机分为6组,每组4个重复,每个重复5只伊拉兔. 6组试验兔分别用花生秧添加量为0(对照组) 、10.0%、12.5%、15.0%、17.5%和20.0%的颗粒饲料进行饲喂.预试期7 d,正试期42 d.饲喂试验结束后,应用高通量测序技术对试验兔盲肠微生物的16S rDNA V3~V4区进行生物信息学分析.结果显示:在门水平上,与对照组相比,15.0%、17.5%和20.0%添加组盲肠内容物中Candidatus Saccharibacteria的比例显著减少( P<0.05) ,17.5%、20.0%添加组盲肠内容物中放线菌门( Actinobacteria)的比例显著减少(P<0.05).在属水平上,与对照组相比,17.5%、20.0%添加组盲肠内容物中Ⅳ型梭菌属( Clostridium Ⅳ)的比例显著增加( P<0.05) .由此可见,饲粮中添加花生秧后可影响伊拉兔盲肠微生物群落的平衡,改变一些具有重要代谢功能的细菌的比例.
