糠麸饼粕类饲料原料净能预测及其对生长猪生长性能、氮和能量利用的影响

         

摘要

本试验在实测消化能(DE)和代谢能(ME)的基础上,用净能(NE)预测公式预测麦麸、洗米糠、玉米、豆粕、菜籽粕、棉籽粕NE值,并用原料NE值配制饲养试验饲粮来验证测得原料NE值和推荐的生长猪NE需要量的准确性.消化代谢试验测定麦麸、洗米糠、玉米、豆粕、菜籽粕、棉籽粕的DE和ME,实测原料化学成分,选用Noblet预测NE公式预测其NE.饲养试验选用30头平均体重为(20.54±0.32) kg的杜洛克×长白×大白三元杂交生长猪,设玉米-豆粕(对照组)和12%菜粕、12%棉粕、20%麦麸及20%洗米糠4个试验组共5个组,每组6个重复,每个重复1头猪.饲粮是按照干物质基础等NE等真可消化赖氨酸(TDLys)原则配制,试验共42 d.当饲养试验结束时,每组随机选取4头猪,进行6d消化代谢试验考察氮和能量利用指标.结果表明:1)麦麸、洗米糠、玉米、豆粕、菜籽粕、棉籽粕NE值分别为6.85、11.57、12.50、9.14、5.54、4.84 MJ/kg DM;2)除20%洗米糠组第1~21天平均日采食量极显著低于对照组(P<0.01),第1 ~21天和第1~42天料重比极显著低于对照组(P<0.01)外,各试验组平均日增重、平均日采食量和料重比与对照组均无显著差异(P>0.05);3)氮沉积量和能量利用各试验组与对照组之间也无显著性差异(P>0.05).各试验组实测的饲粮DE、ME和预测的NE及NE/ME与对照组相比均无显著性差异(P>0.05).由此推断,在实测DE和ME基础上,用Nobler预测NE公式预测饲料原料NE值是可行的;当饲粮TDLys为0.92%(干物质基础)时,20~50 kg生长猪的NE需要量11.26MJ/kg DM较为准确.%This trial was conducted to predict the net energy (NE) values of wheat bran, rice bran, corn, soybean meal, rapeseed meal and cottonseed meal by NE predictive equation, and to validate the accuracy of determined NE values and recommended NE requirements of growing pigs. The NE values were calculated by Noblet' s predictive equation based on determined digestible energy (DE) and metabolic energy (ME) values in metabolism experiment and measured chemical composition of the feed. Thirty crossbred ( Duroc x Large White× Landrace) growing pigs with average body weight of (20. 54 ±0. 32) kg were selected for feeding experiment and the pigs were randomly assigned to 5 groups with 6 replicates each and 1 pig in each replicate. The groups were corn-soybean meal group (the control group) , 12% rapeseed meal, 12% cottonseed meal, 20% wheat bran and 20% rice bran group (4 experimental groups) , respectively. All diets were formulated to be isoenergetic and iso-truly digestion lysine (TDLys) based on dry matter (DM). The feeding experiment lasted for 42 days. Four pigs in each group were chosen to carry out metabolism experiment for 6 days when the feeding experiment was over. The results showed as follows: 1) the NE values of wheat bran, rice bran, corn, soybean meal, rapeseed meal and cottonseed meal were 6. 85, 11. 58, 12. 50, 9. 14, 5. 54 and 4.84 MJ/kg DM, respectively; 2) in the 20% rice bran group, average daily feed intake (ADFI) of pigs was significantly lower than that in the control group ( P <0. 01) during day 1 to 21, and feed/gain (F/G) was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.01) during day 1 to 21 and day 22 to 42, while the average daily gain, ADFI and F/G in the other experimental groups did not differ (P > 0. 05) with those in the control group; 3) there were no differences in nitrogen deposition and energy utilization of 4 experimental groups compared with the control group (P >0. 05) , and there were also no differences in measured DE and ME values of diets, estimated NE values and NE/ME of 4 experimental groups compared with the control group (P>0.05). In conclusion, the predictive equations of Noblet can accurately predict the NE values of feed; when the dietary TDLys was 0.92% (DM basis) ,11.26 MJ/kg DM NE can meet the energy requirements of growing pigs (BW: 20 - 50 kg).
