虾类对晶体氨基酸或微囊氨基酸利用效果的研究进展

             

摘要

Amino acid is one of the most important nutrients in relation to animal growth and metabolism in aq-uaculture. How to evaluate the nutrition value of amino acid in shrimps, particularly in whether or not it will be supplied, how to apply and what about the effects, are still uncertain. This paper summarizes the current research progress in essential amino acid ( EAA) requirement and ideal amino acid pattern in shrimps, as well as the additive effects of either crystalline amino acid (CAA) or microencapsulation amino acid (MAA) applied to shrimps. Furthermore, the impact factors with respect to amino acid absorption and utilization in shrimps are discussed. Also, some suggestions in response to mechanism in the area of amino acid nutrition of shrimps are proposed. [Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition, 2012, 24(10) : 1871-1877]%氨基酸是水产动物生长和代谢最重要的营养素之一.虾饲料中是否需要添加氨基酸,怎样添加,添加效果如何,一直是人们关注和研究的重点.本文在总结近年来有关虾类必需氨基酸需求和理想氨基酸模型研究进展的基础上,综述了虾类对晶体氨基酸(CAA)或微囊氨基酸(MAA)的利用效果,探讨了影响虾类对CAA和MAA吸收、利用的因素,提出了在虾类氨基酸营养领域急需解决的主要问题.
