天然高褪黑素牛奶生产技术

摘要

褪黑素是松果体分泌的一种吲哚类神经内分泌激素，具有改善人体睡眠质量、增强免疫、抗衰老及抗肿瘤等十分广泛的生理功能。普通牛奶中含有天然的褪黑素，但含量较低，通过光控技术专门生产的夜间牛奶天然褪黑素含量很高。因此，本文综述了褪黑素的合成、生物学功能、对人体健康的作用及天然高褪黑素牛奶生产技术，为进一步研究生产天然高褪黑素牛奶提供参考。%Melatonin is an indolamine neuroendorcine hormone secreted by pineal gland and has a variety of phy siological functions, such as improving the human sleeping quality, strengthening the immunity, anti-aging and antine oplastic.Ordinary milk contains low content of naturally xepressed melatonin, but the milk produced in nighttime by lig ht control technology has a higher content of naturally experssed melatonin.This article sum-marized the melatonin sy nthetic process, biological functions, effects on human helath, and production tech-nology of high content of naturall y expressed melatonin milk to provide references to furtherdevelopment of the technology for enhancing melatonin cont ent in cow’ s milk.
