饲粮中添加肠杆菌肽对断奶仔猪生产性能和血清生化指标的影响

         

摘要

本试验旨在研究肠杆菌肽在断奶仔猪生产中的应用效果.选取144头28日龄且平均体重为(7.35±0.21) kg的健康“杜×长×大”三元杂交断奶仔猪,随机分为6组,每组4个重复,每个重复6头猪(公母各占1/2).对照组仔猪饲喂基础饲粮,试验组仔猪饲喂在基础饲粮基础上分别添加硫酸黏菌素(30 g/t)、天蚕素抗菌肽(300 g/t)以及肠杆菌肽(300、400和500 g/t)的试验饲粮.试验期为28 d,分为试验前期(第1~14天)和试验后期(第15~28天)2个阶段.结果显示:1)试验前期、试验后期和整个试验期,400和500 g/t肠杆菌肽组的平均日增重(ADG)均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),料重比均显著低于对照组(P<0.05).试验第7、14和28天时,各试验组腹泻率均极显著低于对照组(P<0.01),其中以500 g/t肠杆菌肽组最低.2)试验第14天时,500 g/t肠杆菌肽组血清尿素氮(UN)含量显著低于对照组和30 g/t硫酸黏菌素组(P<0.05);试验第28天时,400和500 g/t肠杆菌肽组血清UN含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05),且500 g/t肠杆菌肽组还显著低于30 g/t硫酸黏菌素组(P<0.05).试验第14和28天时,400和500 g/t肠杆菌肽组血清球蛋白(GLB)含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05).3)试验第14和28天时,500 g/t肠杆菌肽组血清免疫球蛋白G(IgG)含量较对照组分别高出17.27% (P<0.05)、16.20% (P<0.05).试验第14天时,各抗菌肽组血清补体4(C4)含量均显著高于对照组和30 g/t硫酸黏菌素组(P<0.05).4)试验第14和28天时,各抗菌肽组血清丙二醛(MDA)含量极显著低于对照组和30 g/t硫酸黏菌素组(P<0.01).试验第28天时,500 g/t肠杆菌肽组血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)显著高于对照组和30 g/t硫酸黏菌素组(P<0.05).综上所述,肠杆菌肽在提高断奶仔猪生产性能、免疫性能和抗氧化能力方面优于天蚕素抗菌肽,也优于抗生素硫酸黏菌素,饲粮中肠杆菌肽的适宜添加量为500 g/t.%This experiment was designed to study the application effect of enterobacitracin in the production of weaning piglets.One hundred and forty-four healthy piglets (Duroc×Landrace×Large White) at the age of 28 days and with the average body weight of (7.35±0.29) kg were randomly selected and allotted to six groups with four replicates of six piglets per replicate (3 males and 3 females).Piglets in control group were fed a basal diet,and piglets in experimental groups were fed experimental diets supplemented with colistin sulfate (30 g/t),cecropin (300 g/t) and enterobacitracin (300,400 and 500 g/t),respectively.The test lasted for 28 days,including early period (day 1 to 14) and later period (day 15 to 28).The results showed as follows:1) compared with control group,the average daily gain (ADG) of 400 and 500 g/t enterobacitracin groups was significantly increased (P< 0.05),and the feed to gain ratio (F/G) was significantly decreased (P<0.05).At the 7th,14th and 28th day,the diarrhea rate of experimental groups was significantly lower than that of control group (P<0.01),and the 500 g/t enterobacitracin group had the lowest value.2) The serum urea nitrogen (UN) content of 500 g/t enterobacitracin group was significantly lower than that of control group and 30 g/t colistin sulfate group at the 14th day (P<0.05),and the serum UN content of 400 and 500 g/t enterobacitracin groups was significantly lower than that of control group at the 28th day (P<0.05);moreover,the serum UN content of 500 g/t enterobacitracin group was significantly lower than that of 30 g/t colistin sulfate group at the 28th day (P<0.05).At the 14th and 28th day,the serum globulin (GLB) content of 400 and 500 g/t enterobacitracin groups was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05).3) The serum immunoglobulin G (IgG) content of 500 g/t enterobacitracin group was increased by 13.63% (P<0.05) and 13.63% (P<0.05) compared with control group,respectively.The serum complement 4 (C4) content of antimicrobial peptide groups was significantly higher than that of control group and 30 g/t colistin sulfate group at the 14th day (P<0.05).4) At the 14th and 28th day,the serum (MDA) content of antimicrobial peptide groups was significantly lower than that of control group and 30 g/t colistin sulfate group (P<0.01).At the 28th day,the serum superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC) were significantly higher than those of control group and 30 g/t colistin sulfate group (P<0.05).In conclusion,enterobacitracin is superior to cecropin in improving performance,immune function and antioxidant capacity of weanling piglets,and also superior to the antibiotic of colistin sulfate,which is suitable for 500 g/t in the diet.
