植物精油对动物生长和免疫力的影响及其作用机制

摘要

植物精油是部分植物体内的次生代谢产物,具有抗氧化、抗炎症和抗菌功能.研究发现植物精油具有促进动物生长、提高动物机体和肠道免疫能力及抗氧化功能,并能够调节动物肠道微生态平衡.因此,本文就植物精油促进动物生长和提高免疫力的作用及其作用机制进行综述.%Essential oils are secondary metabolite from some plants. Some of their biological activities include antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effects amongst others. It has been reported essential oils could promote animal productive performance, enhance animal immunity and antioxidant ability, and regulate the balance of intestinal micro flora. This article mainly aimed to review the effects of essential oil on animal pro-ductive performance and immunity enhancement and its mechanism.
