本研究评估了枝原净产品（活性成分：延胡索酸秦妙菌素）治疗由胞内劳森菌引起的猪增生性肠炎（porcineproliferative enteropathy,PPE）的临床效果。枝原净用药组（拌料或饮水）与感染不用药组比较，投药14d后，粪便中胞内劳森菌的PCR检出率显著降低；健康状况、饲料转化率和平均日增重得到有效提高；免疫组化检测结果表明枝原净用药组未检出阳性猪。组织病理学观察显示，用药组的猪呈现较轻的回肠腺上皮增生（PPE的典型病变）或无腺上皮增生，而对照组的猪回肠腺上皮显著增生，说明枝原净能有效抑制回肠出现PPE的典型组织病变。结果表明，枝原净均能有效抑制胞内劳森菌感染并控制猪增生性肠炎，进而有效提高饲料报酬。%Tiamulin Fumarate （Denagard） was evaluated for its field efficiency to treat porcine proliferative enteropathy （PPE）. Fecal samples were collected and tested in PCR. The bacterial positive rate in Treatment groups （in feed or water） was significantly decreased after 14 days medication as compared with Non-treatment control group. The health status, feed conversion efficiency and average daily weight gain of Treatment groups were also improved. The histopathologic and immunohistochemical examinations showed that the usage of Tiamulin decreased the intestinal mucosal cell proliferation and Lawsonia intracellular infection. All data indicated that Tiamulin （Denagard can effectively treat PPE infection.
