动物园野生动物消化道寄生虫感染调查

             

摘要

To understand the infection status of gastrointestinal parasites in herbivores and primates in a wildlife park in Guangzhou, 500 fecal samples were collected from 36 species of wild animals and examined using flotation and Lugol′s staining. Total positive rate was 50.6%, in which the infection rates of trichostrongyle, whipworm, roundworm, Strongyloides, hookworm, cestode, Fasciola and coccidia were 37.4%, 5.0%, 5.4%, 2.0%, 0.2%, 2.4%, 0.4%and 7.8%, respectively. The infection rates of herbivores and primates were 61.3%and 28.4%. Giraffa cameleopardalis and Ceropithecidae were severely infected with Trichostrongylus and Trichuris with average infection rates at 64.5%and 31.2%and noticeable seasonality. In addition, parasite eggs from Trichostrongylus positive feces developed into the third stage larvae (L3) for morphological identification. The results showed that samples from Giraffa cameleopardalis, wildebeest and Oryxdammah were infected with several trichostrongyles, among which Haemonchuscontortus was predominant.%为了解广州市某野生动物园草食类及灵长类野生动物肠道寄生虫的感染情况,采用粪便检查法共检查36种动物500份粪样,总阳性率为50.6%。其中毛圆线虫、毛尾线虫、蛔虫、类圆线虫、钩虫、绦虫、片形吸虫、球虫的感染率分别为37.4%、5.0%、5.4%、2.0%、0.2%、2.4%、0.4%、7.8%。草食类和灵长类动物寄生虫感染率分别为61.3%和28.4%,其中长颈鹿的毛圆线虫、猴科动物的毛尾线虫感染较为普遍,年平均感染率分别为64.5%和31.2%,具有明显季节性。采用粪便培养法将毛圆线虫卵培养至第三期幼虫,对其进行形态学鉴定,结果显示,来自长颈鹿、角马、弯角剑羚的毛圆线虫样品多为混合感染,其中捻转血矛线虫为优势虫种。
