病毒样颗粒的常用表达系统和应用进展

             

摘要

病毒样颗粒是由病毒的结构蛋白组成,不含感染所必需的核酸成分,没有感染性和复制能力,但是可以同时引起细胞免疫和体液免疫.由于具有与亲本病毒相似的形态和结构的特点,病毒样颗粒受到研究者的极大关注.与其他病毒亚单位疫苗相比,病毒样颗粒具有安全高效的特点.本综述论述了病毒样颗粒的常用表达系统以及在生物制品方面的应用.%Virus-like particles (VLPs) formed by the structural proteins of viruses are essentially devoid of infectious genetic materials.Therefore,VLPS are non-infective and non-replicable but can still stimulate strong humoral and cellular immune responses.In the recent years,VLPs have received considerable attention due to their structures and morphology similar to native viruses.VLPs are safer and more effective than many other kinds of subunit vaccines against animal viral diseases.This paper reviews the expression systems and applications of VLPs in biological products.
