玛咖淫参颗粒的补肾壮阳功效研究

摘要

目的 研究一种以由玛咖、淫羊藿和西洋参为主要原料的复方颗粒的补肾、壮阳药理作用.方法 (1)玛咖淫参对小鼠捕捉率和受孕影响实验:将40只雄性小鼠随机分4组,即空白对照组和玛咖淫参高、中、低剂量组.给药10d后,与同等数量的发情期雌性小鼠合笼,测试影响捕捉及受孕的实验结果 ;(2)玛咖淫参对大鼠阴茎勃起实验:选取54只SD雄性大鼠,其中10只为假手术组(不摘除双侧睾丸),其余44只均切除双侧睾丸,随机分为5组:玛咖淫参高、中、低剂量组,模型对照组及龟鹿补肾丸对照组.除龟鹿补肾丸对照组4只大鼠外,其余4只每组均10只大鼠,给药30d后,对大鼠进行阴茎电刺激实验,记录阴茎勃起潜伏期.随后禁食12h,测定阴茎匀浆NOS含量及性器官脏器指数.结果(1)与同期空白组小鼠的捕捉潜伏期(1.44±6.89)min相比,玛咖淫参中、高剂量捕捉潜伏期分别为(4.40±2.27)min、(4.14±1.74)min,明显缩短,具有显著性差异(P<0.05、P<0.001);对雌鼠的1h内捕捉次数及受孕数量15次、18次明显增加,具有显著性差异(P<0.01、P<0.001);(2)与同期模型对照组22.5s相比,玛咖淫参中、高剂量能明显缩短大鼠的阴茎勃起潜伏期11.5s、9.5s,具有显著性差异(P<0.01、P<0.001),玛咖淫参高剂量摘除睾丸大鼠阴茎匀浆NOS活力明显提高,具有显著性差异(P<0.05).结论 玛咖淫参能明显提高性功能,具有补肾壮阳作用.这对开发玛咖淫参补肾壮阳功能药品或保健食品有一定的参考价值及科学依据.%Objective To study the effects of a compound rgranules derived from Maca, Herba Epimedii, and ginseng raw materials on tonifying kidney and strengthening yang. Methods (1) Forty random male mice, who were administrated with a compound rgranules for 10 days, were put into the same cage with 40 rutting female mice, and then put the pregnancy test on the female; (2) The bilateral testis of 44 SD male rats were removed by surgical, another 10 received sham operation. After administration of 30d, the latency of penis erection was recorded in the penis stimulation experiments. Then the NOS content in penis homogenate and the index of penis organ were tested after fasting 12h. Results (1) The latency of capture in medium dose and high dose group (4.40±2.27min, 4.14±1.74min) were significantly shorter than control group(1.44±6.89min) (P<0.05,P<0.001). The frequency of capture in 1h and the number of pregnant female mice obviously increased (15 times、18times) (P<0.01,P<0.001); (2) The latency of penis erection in medium dose and high doses (11.5s、9.5s) was significantly shorter than that in the model group (22.5s). (P<0.01, P<0.001). The NOS activity of rat testis homogenate in high doses increased significantly as compared with that in the control group. (P<0.05). Conclusion The compound rgranules can significantly improve sexual function, invigorate the kidney and strengthen yang. This study has a certain reference value and scientific basis for medicine or health food.
