凹面光栅整体组合狭缝五通道原子吸收式血液五元素分析仪的研制

     

摘要

A five-channel atomic absorption blood five elements analyzer with concave grating and integral combination slit was developed for the determination of five elements (calcium, copper, magnesium, iron and zinc) in blood. A hollow cathode lamp of five elements was used and the light was focused on the centre of flame by the simple reflection and the concave grating was used as the dispersive element. The integral combination slit was designed to allow the sharp lines for the five elements through. The solutions were order injection which was designed to be an online dilute pattern with variable speed but constant current. To avoid the influence of interference spectra on the calcium atomic absorption, the filter of 422 nm was covered on the calcium slit. A program of software with a good performance for the operation for five elements analyzer was written. The peak area as quantitative basis was defined. The blood diluent consists of 1 mg/L sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate (SDBS) and 0. 060 mol/L HC1. The proposed method was applied to the determination of zinc, iron, calcium, magnesium and copper in the blood. The relative standard deviation (RSD) was less than 5% and the recovery rate was 95. 2% - 98. 7%.%自行研制了一种凹面光栅整体组合狭缝五通道原子吸收式血液五元素分析仪,用于人全血中5种元素Ca,Cu,Mg,Fe和Zn的测定.采用1支五元素空心阴极灯作为光源,以单反射方式聚焦在火焰中心,以凹面光栅为色散元件.设计了五元素锐线通过的整体组合狭缝.采用顺序注射变速恒流在线稀释的溶液注入方式.为消除干扰谱线对钙的原子吸收的影响,在钙狭缝上覆盖422 nm滤光片.设计了该分析仪器的操作软件,适合于血液五元素分析和仪器的性能测试.确定了以吸收峰面积为定量依据,以1 mg/L十二烷基苯磺酸钠和0.060 mol/L HCl组成血液稀释液.建立了血液中Ca,Cu,Mg,Fe和Zn的分析方法,相对标准偏差RSD<5%,回收率为95.2%~98.7%.
