随着新型城镇化建设步伐的不断推进，农业产业结构已经成为我国农业发展的必然要求，是解决我国农村问题的关键举措。文章立足农业产业结构调整，坚持理论与实践相结合的思路，从陕西省农业产业结构当前存在的缺乏战略性、系统化的规划，市场农业观念薄弱、科技推广力度不够，国家惠农政策缺乏针对性且贯彻落实度不够等3类问题进行分析，并采用协整计量分析方式对陕西农业产业结构调整中农民收入的变化进行研究，得出陕西省农民人均收入不高的主要原因并不是农业总产值影响下的结果，而是产业结构不合理的产物，而这正是该文研究的重点。并据此提出首先要切实提升宏观调控功能发挥，以奠定良好的政策基础；其次，加强农村养殖业重视程度，实现农业生产结构合理化；最后加大对农业科技支撑力度，为农民收入增长打造新平台等措施。通过选择适合陕西农业产业结构转型发展之路，为全面推进地区农村经济的持续、快速及健康发展提供理论借鉴。%With the construction of the new urbanization, the agricultural industrial structure has become an inevi-table requirement of agricultural development in China, which is a key measure to solve the rural problems. There-fore, based on the adjustment of agricultural structure and the idea of combination of theory and practice, this paper analyzed the problems of industrial structure of agriculture in Shanxi province, such as the lack of strategic plan-ning, weak concept of market agriculture and not enough popularization of science and technology, and not enough of the implement of the national agricultural policy. And then, it discussed the change of income of the farmers by using co-integration analysis, the results showed that the not high income was not the total agricultural output val-ue, but the unreasonableindustrial structure. Accordingly, it put forward some countermeasures, such as to effec-tively enhance the macro-control function, strengthen the rural aquaculture to realize the agricultural production structure rationalization, and increase agricultural science and technology support to build a new platform. To choose suitable road of agricultural industrial structure transformation and development in Shanxi province can pro-vide theoretical reference for the comprehensive promotion of rural economy sustainable, rapid and healthy develop-ment.
