西安市耕地集约利用与生态安全协调发展研究

摘要

[目的]面对人地关系紧张、粮食安全严峻的形势,走集约挖潜、生态兼顾的耕地利用模式是可持续发展之路的必然选择.因此,如何协调好耕地集约利用与耕地生态安全之间的关系,成为亟待解决的关键性问题.[方法]文章运用协调发展理论,构建耕地集约利用与耕地生态安全协调发展评价模型,分析西安市1999~2014年间的耕地集约利用与耕地生态安全协调发展程度的时空分异.[结果]研究表明:从时间上看,协调发展度整体上逐年增加,协调发展等级由最初的轻度失调转为良好协调发展型,但近年来协调发展度呈现缓慢下降趋势; 从空间上看,西安市协调度与协调发展度都存在着显著的地区差异,其中高陵县、灞桥区的变化较显著.[结论]研究结果可为西安市耕地集约利用与耕地生态安全协调发展,实现耕地生态集约化提供科学依据.%This paper applied the theory of coordinated development to establish an evaluation mathematical model, and then it evaluated the coordinated development between cultivated land intensive use and cultivated land ecological security in Xi′an, and analyzed the degree of coordination development from 1998 to 2013.The results showed that the coordinated development degree had a rising trend every year, which changed from mild disorder into good coordination development;In recent years, however, the level had gone down slowly.Spatially, the coordinated development degree of each county (city) in Xi′an had different regional characteristics, especially in Gaoling county and Baqiao district.The study will provide a scientific basis for the sustainable utilization of cultivated land and realizing the cultivated land ecological intensification.
