处女膜修补术的临床应用分析

摘要

Objective Clinical research of different method of hymenorrhaphy. Methods For 63 patients with surgical repair of the hymen from 2013 to 2015,Methods of operation were analyzed retrospectively and follow-up. Results The cases of Loop embedding method were 22 and the cure rate was 100%.The cases of sandwich method were 33 and 2 patients were not cured.The cases of suture three stratums around the introitus methods were 8 and 1 patients were not cured. Conclusion Every operational manner has superiority and limitation,so we should adopt appropriate method aim at different patient.%目的：探讨处女膜修补术的几种方法。方法：对2013-2015年63例处女膜修补术的手术方法进行回顾性分析并随访。结果：环行埋线法22例，痊愈率100%；夹层法33例，2例未愈；三层缝合法8例，1例未愈；未愈者均采用环行埋线法二次修补，效果满意。结论：每种手术方法都有优势与局限性，应因人而异。
