改良缝线法矫正老年性单眼上眼睑睑内翻倒睫19例

摘要

目的：介绍改良缝线法矫正老年性单眼上眼睑睑内翻倒睫。方法：对19例单眼上眼睑睑内翻倒睫实施改良缝线法矫正。结果：19例患者术后局部反应轻微，经6个月～3年随访，19例单眼上眼睑睑内翻倒睫完全矫正，眼部磨痛等症状消失，随访期间无复发。结论：改良缝线法矫正老年性单眼上眼睑睑内翻倒睫安全、有效。%Objective We aimed to introduce modified suture technique to correct senile monocular upper eyelid entropion trichiasis. Methods Correction of 19 cases of senile monocular upper eyelid entropion trichiasis were made by using modified suture technique,and then post-op visit and check were followed up after 6 months to 3 years of the treatments. Results There was little local post-op reaction in all of the 19 patients and senile monocular upper eyelid entropion trichiasis was completely corrected.During the follow-up visits,all cases were transference cured and had no recurrence. Conclusion Modified suture technique is safe and effective to correct senile monocular upper eyelid entropion trichiasis.
