Objective To explore the functional role of ultrasound technology in liposuction postoperative recovery. Methods 674 patients receiving routine swelling liposuction were randomly divided into observation group and control group,358 cases for observation group,while 316 cases for the control group,and the observation group were given ultrasonic treatment after liposuction,and the control group were given no treatment.The total amount of fat sucked, and the time for swelling and ecchymosis to dissipate,time for scar blotchy to soften,variance of body size and fat thickness and rate of complications were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, patients received ultrasound treatment after liposuction got more fat suction, and the time for swelling and ecchymosis to dissipate, time for scar blotchy to soften were all significantly decreased, and the variance of body size and fat thickness were also greater,and the rate of complications was significantly lower,with P<0.01 for each index. Conclusion Ultrasonic therapy plays a helpful role in post- liposuction rehabilitation,and can serve as a supplementary method for postoperative rehabilitation treatment and is worthy popularizing in clinical.%目的：探究超声技术在吸脂术后恢复中的作用。方法：将674例行肿胀吸脂术的患者随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组358例，对照组316例，观察组术后行超声治疗，而对照组不做任何处理，对比2组患者脂肪抽吸总量、肿胀消退时间、瘀斑消退时间和瘢痕软化时间、并发症发生率、肢体周径和脂肪厚度变化之间的差异。结果：与对照组相比，吸脂术后给予患者超声治疗，患者脂肪抽吸总量明显增加，而肿胀消退时间、瘀斑消退时间和瘢痕软化时间明显缩短，肢体周径和脂肪厚度变化增加，且并发症的发生率明显降低，各指标之间的差异均具有统计学意义（均P＜0.01）。结论：吸脂术后行超声治疗有助于患者术后康复，是对脂肪抽吸术后康复治疗的安全有效的辅助方法，值得在临床推广。
