疣体刮除联合外敷利巴韦林注射液治疗面颈部多发扁平疣疗效观察

摘要

Objective Observe clinical efficacy and safety about curettage of flat warts joint wet compress using ribavirin injection in the treatment of face and neck multiple flat warts. Methods ribavirin injection wet compress the damage after curettage all the flat warts,three times a day,once 20 minites. Results One time cure rate was 90%,twice cure rate was 100%,and there was no side effect be observed. Conclusion Curettage combined with ribavirin injection wet compress in the treatment of face and neck multiple flat warts is a kind of efficient,safe and cheap method, easy for patients to accept.%目的：观察疣体刮除联合外敷利巴韦林注射液治疗面颈部多发扁平疣的临床疗效和安全性。方法：对120例面颈部多发性扁平疣采用锐针针尖刮除扁平疣皮损后外敷利巴韦林注射液，3次/天，每次20min，共7天，观察临床疗效及副作用。结果：一次治愈率达90%，两次治愈率为100%，且未发现任何副作用。结论：采用刮除疣体后外敷利巴韦林注射液治疗面颈部扁平疣是一种高效、安全、廉价的方法，无任何副作用，无复发，值得临床推广应用。
