Objective To explore the application effect of the improved cosmetic suture method in trauma and plastic surgery. Methods A total of 108 cases of trauma and orthopaedic surgery patients as the research object, according to whether the patient take improved cosmetic suture method were divided into two groups, control group (52 cases), take the traditional suture method, observation group (56 cases), modiifed dermal inverting suture, pruning resection of the fragmentation of the skin and soft tissue, keep the wound margin is orderly, when sutured to the dermis, assessment of skin closure, tension of anastomosis of the assessment, compared two groups of patients with incision suture effect, wound healing effect and the scar satisfaction rate. Results①The observation group incision total efifcient rate was 96.43%. In the control group, incision suture total efifciency was 84.62%. The incision suture total efifciency of the observation group was signiifcantly greater than that of the control group in the chi square test, with signiifcant difference (P<0.05).②The observation group Class-A healing rate was 100.00%, control group Class-A healing rate was 92.31%. The chi square test, the observation group Class-A healing rate was significantly higher than that of the control group, with signiifcant difference (P<0.05);observation group incision scar satisfaction rate was 96.43%. In the control group, incision scar satisfaction rate was 76.92%. The chi square test and observation group, incision scar satisfaction rate was signiifcantly higher than that of the control group, with signiifcant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The exact effect of modiifed dermal inverting suture in trauma and orthopedic surgery, wound healing, and improve the quality of wound healing, reduce the formation of scar incision healing, scar satisfaction rate is high, it is worth of clinical application.%目的：探讨改进的美容缝合方法在创伤和整形手术中的应用效果。方法：选取108例创伤和整形手术患者作为研究对象，根据患者是否采取改进的美容缝合方法进行分组，对照组52例，采取传统缝合方法，观察组56例，采取改良真皮内翻缝合，修剪切除碎裂的皮下软组织，保持创缘整齐，在逐层缝合至真皮时，评估表皮的合拢情况，评估缝合口的张力；对比两组患者的切口缝合效果、切口愈合效果及切口瘢痕满意率。结果：①观察组切口缝合总有效率为96.43%，对照组切口缝合总有效率为84.62%；经χ2检验，观察组切口缝合总有效率显著大于对照组，具有统计学差异(P＜0.05)；②观察组切口甲级愈合率为100.00%，对照组切口甲级愈合率为92.31%；经χ2检验，观察组切口甲级愈合率显著大于对照组，具有统计学差异(P＜0.05)；观察组切口瘢痕满意率为96.43%，对照组切口瘢痕满意率为76.92%；经χ2检验，观察组切口瘢痕满意率显著大于对照组，具有统计学差异(P＜0.05)。结论：改良真皮内翻缝合在创伤和整形手术中的应用效果确切，可促进切口愈合，提高切口愈合质量，减轻切口愈合瘢痕的形成，切口瘢痕满意率高，值得临床推广应用。
