泪沟分段式填充技术的临床应用

摘要

Objective To observe the clinical effect of segmented iflling injection method in treatment of depression in tear trough.Methods From January 2014 to January 2016,98cases with depression in tear trough were treated in segmented iflling injection method with medical sodium hyaluronate gel,which was contained polyvinyl alcohol microspheres-hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose gel.The method was processing in local nerve block anesthesia.Results 82 cases were followed up from 1 to 18months after treatment,and follow-up rate was 83.6%. Postoperative satisfaction rate was 98.7%Conclusion Segmented filling injection method which was used in treatment of depression in tear trough can obtain more satisfactory effect and improve periorbital rejuvenation.%目的：观察泪沟分段式填充技术应用于泪槽凹陷矫正治疗中的临床应用效果。方法：2014年1月-2016年1月，笔者对98例泪槽凹陷的就医者在局部神经阻滞麻醉下，应用分段式填充技术注射医用含聚乙烯醇凝胶微球的透明质酸钠-羟丙基甲基纤维素凝胶以矫正泪槽凹陷，改善眶周年轻化。结果：本组82例就医者术后获得随访，随访率83.6%，随访时间1～18个月，术后满意率98.7%。结论：分段式填充技术应用于泪槽凹陷的矫正治疗，可以获得较满意的填充效果及眶周年轻化改善效果。
