巨大隆凸性皮肤纤维肉瘤一例及文献回顾

摘要

隆突性皮肤纤维肉瘤是累及真皮层，来源于纤维细胞的皮肤和皮下组织的低度恶性肿瘤。巨大隆凸性皮肤纤维肉瘤更是少见，近15年来国内文献上仅见少量病例报道，本文将该例病例的治疗经过、手术心得及术后护理要点报道如下。%Dermatoifbrosarcoma protuberans is a low potential malignancy tumor which involved the dermis and secreted by ifbroblasts skin and subcutaneous tissue.Huge dermatoifbrosarcoma protuberans is a rare presentation. There was a few reported cases in the domestic literature in recent 15 years. We will report the case of the treatment, the key points of operation result and postoperative nursing points.
