静置法自体脂肪多层次填充上睑凹陷的疗效观察

摘要

Objective To observe the clinical effect of utologous fat iflling the upper eyelid depression applying static method and Multi layers injection. Methods Collect 102 patients who accepted autologous fat grafting treatment from February 2014 to April 2016 period in Bravou aesthetic plastic hospital. Degree of upper eyelid fullness, two times of iflling ratio and patients' satisfaction were observed before and after treatment.Results After 3 to 24 months follow-up, 6 patients lost to follow-up, and 96 cases of upper eyelid depression improved significantly, and patients were satisfied with own postoperative effects, only 3 patients required injection once more. Patients who were followed up did not produce all kind of complications, such as fat liquefaction necrosis, hematoma, pulmonary embolism, infection, upper eyelid ptosis,local skin roughness and crusting. Conclusion The autologous fat grafting described above, which had relatively simpler procedures, shorter time, stabler effect, and higher patients' satisfactions so on, can improve upper eyelid depression well and become a good method to worth popularizing.%目的：观察静置法处理脂肪后多层次填充上睑凹陷的临床效果。方法：收集2014年2月-2016年4月，在米兰柏羽医学美容医院行自体脂肪填充上睑凹陷的患者102例，观察治疗前后上睑饱满度、记录术后二次充填比例及患者满意度。结果：术后3～24个月随访，失访6人，96例上睑凹陷明显改善，患者对术后效果满意，仅3例患者要求二次注射。随访患者均未发生脂肪液化坏死、血肿、栓塞、感染、一过性上睑下垂、局部皮肤不平整、硬结等并发症。结论：静置法多层次填充上睑凹陷，操作简单，手术时间短，术后效果稳定，患者满意度高，值得推广。
