改良三点式埋线重睑术临床应用分析

摘要

目的：探讨三点式埋线重睑术的临床应用效果及操作要点。方法：在上睑设计重睑线并标记三个进针点，采取三点定量局部浸润麻醉下手术，在上睑固定三点，用7-0尼龙线将上睑提肌腱膜或睑板与上睑皮肤缝合结扎固定，并将线节埋于针孔皮下。结果：本组33个病例，除2例重睑线早期变浅或消失，余均改善明显，效果满意。结论：该术式操作简单、创伤小、恢复快、效果持久自然、易被患者接受，比较适用于上睑皮肤较薄、弹性好的年轻求美者。%Objective To study the clinical application and key operation points of three-point line method used in double eyelid surgery.Methods To design a heavy eyelid line in the upper eyelid and mark three needle points,take the local inifltration anesthesia surgery,ifx three points in the eyelid,use 7-0 nylon thread to fasten the upper eyelid aponeurosis and the skin and bury the line section in the pinhole subcutaneous.Results The 33 cases were improved obviously and the effect was satisfactory except 2 cases,whose heavy eyelid line became lighter or disappeared.Conclusions The operation is simple with slight trauma and rapid recovery,the effect turning natural and lasting long,easily accepted by patients.It is more suitable for the young whose upper eyelid skin is thinner and more resilient.
