目的:探讨渗透树脂对釉质白垩斑的治疗效果及对其表面颜色稳定性的影响.方法:回顾性分析2015年3月-2016年10月在笔者医院接受正畸治疗且出现脱矿患者的病例资料,根据其治疗方式分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予涂氟治疗,观察组给予渗透树脂处理.观察两组患者的治疗效果,比较两组患者治疗前后粗糙度、色差和生活质量的差异.结果:观察组患者治疗有效率为97.78％,明显高于对照组(χ2=6.049,P=0.014);两组患者治疗前粗糙度无差别,治疗后1个月、3个月,观察组粗糙度和灰度值均低于对照组;观察组患者治疗满意度为97.78％,明显高于对照组(χ2=4.939,P=0.026);两组患者治疗前生活质量无差别,治疗后3个月,观察组患者生活质量得分高于对照组.结论:渗透树脂对釉质白垩斑有较好的治疗效果,可明显改善粗糙度和颜色稳定性,具有良好的应用价值.%Objective To investigate the effect of penetration resin on enamel spot and its influence on the surface color stability.Methods A retrospective analysis from March 2015 to October 2016 in our hospital for orthodontic treatment and clinical dataof demineralization patients according to their treatment,divided into control group and observation group,the control groupwas given fluoride treatment,the observation group received the treatment of resin infiltration.The therapeutic effects of twogroups were observed,and the difference of roughness,color difference and quality of life between the two groups before andafter treatment were compared.Results The effective rate of the observation group was 97.78％,significantly higher than thecontrol group(χ2 =6.049,P =0.014); There was no difference in roughness between the two groups.After 1 months and 3 monthsafter treatment,the roughness and grey level of the observation group were lower than those of the control group; The patientsin the observation group satisfaction was 97.78％,significantly higher than the control group(χ2 =4.939,P =0.026); There wasno difference in the quality of life between the two groups before treatment.The quality of life in the observation group washigher than that in the control group at 3 months after treatment.Conclusion The penetration resin has better therapeuticeffect on enamel and chalky spots,and can improve the roughness and color stability obviously.It has good application value.
