冷疗法应用于眼部整形美容术后的效果研究

摘要

目的:观察冷疗法应用于眼部整形美容术后康复治疗的临床效果.方法:选择2016年1月-2017年4月于本院行眼部整形手术的200例患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表分为研究组和对照组,每组各100例,对照组患者术后予以常规处理,研究组患者在对照组基础上予以冷疗法处理,对两组患者治疗后进行VAS、SAS和SDS评分,统计患者术后创口肿胀消失和创口愈合时间,并观察两组患者眼部青紫、创口感染及恶心呕吐等术后不良反应发生情况.结果:两组患者治疗后SAS和SDS评分均较治疗前评分显著降低,且研究组患者SAS和SDS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),研究组VAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者术眼局部肿胀消除时间(2.42±0.93)d和创口愈合时间(7.95±2.83)d均显著少于对照组(6.62±2.27)d和(16.09±4.51)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术后不良反应总体发生率为14.00％显著低于对照组的37.00％,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:眼部整形美容术后对患者施以冷疗法,可以显著缓解患者心理焦虑和抑郁程度,减轻患者术后疼痛感,减少患者术后不良反应发生率,提高患者康复水平,值得推广.%Objective To observe the clinical effect of cold therapy in the rehabilitation of eye plastic surgery.Methods 200 patients who were treated with eye plastic surgery in our hospital from January 2016 to April 2017 were selected as the research subjects.All the patients were divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number table,100 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with routine treatment after the operation,and the patients in the study group were treated with cold therapy on the basis of routine treatment.After treatment,the VAS,SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were evaluated,and the wound swelling disappeared and wound healing time were observed.The postoperative adverse reactions in two groups were observed,including cyanosis,wound infection and nausea and vomiting.Results The scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the SAS and SDS scores of the patients in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The VAS score of the patients in the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The time of local swelling elimination(2.42±0.93)d and wound healing time(7.95±2.83)d in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(6.62±2.27)d and(16.09±4.51)d,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall incidence of postoperative adverse reactions(14.00％)in the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(37.00％)(P<0.05).Conclusion Cold therapy for patients after eye plastic surgery,can significantly alleviate the patients' psychological anxiety and depression,relief postoperative pain,reducing the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions,improve the rehabilitation level of patients,and it is worth promoting.
