Objective To study the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on postoperative aesthetics and complications in patients with burned plastic graft. Methods 80 cases of patients with burned arm burns who underwent plastic surgery from May 2015 to December 2016 were selected as the subjects. All patients were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method, 40 cases in each group. The patients in control group received routine nursing after operation. The study group was given comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on the basis of routine nursing in the control group. The effect of the recovery of the arm function and the appearance and complication were compared between the two groups before and after nursing. Results The MHQ scores of arm function in the two groups were higher than those before nursing, and the study group was higher than the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate was 92.5% in the study group and 75.0% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The overall incidence of complications in the study group (7.5%) was lower than that in the control group (27.5%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation care can effectively promote the arm of the wound plastic surgery in patients with postoperative arm function recovery, improve arm beauty, reduce the incidence of complications, worthy of clinical promotion.%目的:研究综合康复护理对手臂部烧伤整形植皮患者术后美观及并发症的影响.方法:选取2015年5月-2016年12月在本院接受整形植皮术治疗的80例手臂部烧伤患者作为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为对照组和研究组,每组40例.对照组患者术后采用常规护理,研究组在对照组常规护理基础上实施综合康复护理.比较两组患者护理干预前后手臂功能恢复情况、美观效果及并发症发生率.结果:护理干预后5个月,两组患儿手臂功能MHQ评分均高于护理前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理干预后研究组患者美观效果总有效率为92.5%高于对照组的75.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者并发症总发生率为7.5%低于对照组的27.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:综合康复护理能有效促进手臂部烧伤整形植皮患者术后手臂功能恢复,改善术区美观,减少并发症发生,值得临床推广.
