大光斑低能量Q开关Nd:YAG激光联合强脉冲光治疗黄褐斑临床观察

     

摘要

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of low light energy Q switch and long pulse width 1064nm Nd:YAG laser combined with intense pulsed light in the treatment of chloasma. Methods Collection of treated 109 cases of patients with chloasma of our department in June 2015 - January 2017,109 cases were randomly divided into four groups .A group: 27 patients with large light spot low energy Q switch 1064nm Nd:YAG laser treatment, once a month, a total of 6 Time. group B: 25 patients with large light spot low-energy Q switch 1064nm Nd:YAG laser combined with intense pulse light treatment, large light spot low-energy Q switch 1064nmNd: YAG laser treatment once a month, a total of 6 times, the middle interspersed 3-4 times IPL treatment; C group: 31 patients with high light intensity Q-switch, long pulse width 1064nm Nd:YAG laser treatment, once a month, a total of 6 times; D group: 26 patients with large light spot low-energy Q switch, 1064nm Nd: YAG laser combined with intense pulsed light therapy, large light spot Q-switch, long pulse width 1064nm Nd: YAG laser once a month, a total of 6 times, the middle interspersed 3-4 times IPL treatment. Results The effect of long pulse width 1064nmNd:YAG laser combined with intense pulsed light treatment of chloasma was significantly better than that of large light spot Q-switch 1064nmNd: YAG laser treatment (P<0.05), high light spot low energy (P>0.05), but the clinical curative effect was still better than that of group B and group C, although there was no significant difference between group B and group C (P>0.05). Conclusion Large light spot Q-switch, long pulse width 1064nm Nd: YAG laser combined with intense pulsed light can significantly improve the efficacy of treatment of chloasma.%目的:探讨大光斑低能量Q开关Nd:YAG激光联合强脉冲光治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效.方法:收集笔者科室2015年6月-2017年1月收治的109例黄褐斑患者,随机分为四组:A组:27例,采用大光斑低能量Q开关1064nm Nd:YAG激光治疗,1次/月,共6次;B组:25例,采用大光斑低能量Q开关1064nmNd:YAG激光联合强脉冲光治疗,激光治疗1次/月,共6次,中间穿插3~4次IPL治疗(治疗间隔2周);C组:31例,采用大光斑低能量Q开关、长脉宽1064nmNd:YAG激光治疗,1次/月,共6次;D组:26例,采用大光斑低能量Q开关、长脉宽1064nmNd:YAG激光联合强脉冲光治疗,长脉宽激光治疗1次/月,共6次,中间穿插3~4次IPL治疗(治疗间隔2周).结果:D组临床效果明显优于A组(P<0.05),D组疗效与B组、C组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),但在临床上疗效仍好于B组、C组.结论:采用大光斑低能量Q开关、长脉宽1064nmNd:YAG激光联合强脉冲光治疗,能显著提高黄褐斑的临床疗效.
