对有乳头发育的乳头内陷采用钢丝十字交叉牵引矫正术的临床体会

摘要

目的:探讨对有乳头发育的乳头内陷采用钢丝十字交叉牵引矫正术的临床效果.方法:对56例患者102个内陷乳头采用微创钢丝十字交叉持续牵引矫正.结果:随访3~6个月,本组56例患者内陷乳头均得到矫正,外形及哺乳功能恢复正常.结论:对有乳头发育的乳头内陷直接采用钢丝十字交叉持续牵引,内陷乳头可得到有效矫正,术后哺乳功能正常,且微创无痕,值得临床推广应用.%Objective To investigate the significance of wire steel crossed continuous traction for nipple retraction with nipple development. Methods 56 cases were wired steel crossed continuous traction for nipple retraction. Results Follow-up 3-6 months, all patients with inverted nipple were corrected, and the shape and lactation function were recovered. Conclusion The effect of steel crossed continuous traction to treat nipple retraction was reliable. The nipple retraction can be effectively corrected, the lactation function is recovery normally, and no obvious scar, it is worthy of clinical application.
