玻璃纤维桩氧化锆全瓷冠修复在上前牙缺损修复中的应用价值

         

摘要

目的:探讨玻璃纤维桩氧化锆全瓷冠修复在上前牙缺损修复中的应用价值.方法:选取笔者科室收治的上前牙缺损患者108例(共136颗牙)作为研究对象,按照修复材料不同分为观察组56例(72颗)和对照组52例(64颗),其中观察组给予玻璃纤维桩氧化锆全瓷冠修复,对照组给予金属桩钴铬烤瓷冠修复.观察两组修复的成功率、修复效果、龈沟液(GCF)、龈沟液中酸性磷酸酶(ALP)水平以及满意度.结果:观察组修复成功率98.21%稍高于对照组92.31%(P>0.05);观察组的修复体完整性、边缘密合性、牙龈反应、颜色匹配、边缘着色均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);修复后1年观察组GCF、ALP水平与修复前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),对照组GCF、ALP水平显著高于修复前(P<0.05),且对照组显著高于观察组(P<0.05);观察组修复满意率94.64%显著高于对照组82.69%(P<0.05).结论:玻璃纤维桩氧化锆全瓷冠用于修复上前牙缺损能够提高修复效果和成功率,并提高修复满意度.%Objective To explore the value of application of all ceramic crown restoration with glass fiber post zirconia in repair of anterior teeth defect. Methods 108 cases (136 teeth) of patients with anterior teeth defect treated in our hospital were selected as the study object, and were divided into observation group of 56 cases (72 teeth) and control group of 52 cases (64 teeth), according to different repair materials. The observation group were given all ceramic crown restoration with glass fiber post zirconia, and the control group were given porcelain crown restoration with metal post cobalt chromium. Repair success rate, repair effect, gingival crevicular fluid (GCF), acid phosphatase (ALP) levels in gingival crevicular fluid and satisfaction degree were observed in the two groups. Results The success rate of the observation group was 98.21%, slightly higher than that of 92.31% of the control group (P>0.05). Repair integrity, edge sealing, gingival response, color matching, edge coloring in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05). After repair of 1 year, there were no statistically significant differences in GCF and ALP levels when compared with those before repair (P>0.05), and those in the control group were significantly higher than those before repair (P<0.05). Those levels of the control group were significantly higher than those in the observation group (P<0.05). The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 94.64%, significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion All ceramic crown restoration with glass fiber post zirconia in repair of anterior teeth defect can improve the repair effect and success rate, and improve the satisfaction of repair.
