目的:探究套筒冠覆盖义齿对老年人牙列缺损的修复效果、基牙健康及满意率.方法:采用回顾性分析的方法,将2013年5月-2015年12月在笔者科室接受治疗的51例牙列缺损老年患者的临床资料进行研究分析,所有患者均给予套筒冠覆盖义齿修复治疗,对患者修复前、修复3个月、修复6个月、修复1年后的套筒冠基牙松动度、龈沟出血指数(SBI)、基牙菌斑指数(PLI)、探诊深度(PD)、牙龈指数(GI)及患者的满意率进行综合评价.结果:与修复前相比,患者修复后3个月、6个月、1年后的套筒冠基牙牙齿松动度显著优于修复前(P<0.05),具有显著统计学意义;修复后不同观察时间段患者的SBI、PLI、GI及PD指标明显优于修复前(P<0.05),具有显著统计学意义;且经过套筒冠覆盖义齿修复治疗,患者对美观性、语言功能及咀嚼功能等方面的满意度明显提高(P<0.05),具有显著统计学意义.结论:老年人牙列缺损患者采用套筒冠覆盖义齿治疗,可有效改善患牙松动状况,改善基牙健康状况,促进牙周组织生长,提升患者的语言功能与咀嚼功能,可在临床上推广应用.%Objective To explore the effect of telescopic crown overdenture on the restoration of dentition defect, the health and satisfaction rate of abutments. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted to analyze the clinical data of 51 elderly patients with dentition defect in our hospital from May 2013 to December 2015.
