Objective To analyze and study the effectiveness and safety of autologous cartilage and expanded polytetrafluoroethylene in nasal plastic surgery. Methods Sixty - four patients with nasal plastic surgery were divided into two groups: the combined group (32 cases) and the control group (32 cases). The patients in the control group were treated with nasal plastic surgery with solid silicone prosthesis. The patients in the combined group were treated with autologous ear cartilage and expanded polytetrafluoroethylene for nasal plastic surgery. The efficacy and safety of the two groups were compared. Results The operative satisfaction of the two groups was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications was significantly lower in the two groups than in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of autologous cartilage and expanded polytetrafluoroethylene in nasal plastic surgery can radically improve the nasal morphology. The postoperative nasal type is natural and beautiful, and it has high clinical promotion and application value.%目的:分析和研究自体耳软骨与膨体聚四氟乙烯在鼻整形中的有效性与安全性.方法:选取2014年1月-2016年1月鼻整形患者64例,按手术方式不同将其分为联合组32例与对照组32例.对照组患者采用固体硅胶假体进行鼻部整形治疗;联合组患者采用自体耳软骨与膨体聚四氟乙烯进行鼻部整形治疗,将两组患者手术治疗有效性与安全性进行对比.结果:两组患者手术满意度相比较:联合组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05;两组患者术后并发症发生率相比较:联合组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05.结论:将自体耳软骨与膨体聚四氟乙烯应用在鼻部整形中能够从根本上改善鼻部形态,术后鼻形自然且美观,具有较高临床推广与应用价值.
